MAAN Design Studio was founded from a desire to bring a thoughtful, personal, and highly informed approach to residential design. Our work is shaped by a diverse international background and years of experience in New York City across architecture, development, and construction, giving us a strong understanding of both design excellence and the realities of bringing complex projects to life.

Today, our primary focus is the DMV area, where we have developed extensive experience with local residential projects, permitting processes, construction methods, and client needs. We specialize in major renovations, large additions, new homes, ADUs, and accessory structures, helping homeowners navigate design, budget, permitting, and construction from the very beginning.
